Returns

You can exchange / return within 14 days. For hat shopping, if the package has been opened due to hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return it. It is reflected to the card account within 1-3 business days for payments made with credit cards, and within 7-14 business days for payments made with debit (debit) cards.
